Metta / Kindness

  • Let me / you / all beings connect with a sense of wellness.                                                   

  • May I / you / all beings be peaceful & at ease.                             

  • Let me / you / all beings know happiness.

Karuna / Compassion         

  • May I / you / all beings  be free of pain and sorrow.

  • May I / you / all beings  hold my pain with mercy and compassion.

  • Let me / you / all beings  be able to forgive myself for past mistakes.

  • May I / you / all beings  love myself just as I am.

  • May I / you / all beings  be kind and patient with myself and others.

  • Let me / you / all of us connect with a sense of safety whenever we need it.

  • May I / you / all beings  be free from suffering and the causes of suffering.
