3+ Years of training in A2Z’s framing of Practice
Year 1: To study the Buddha Way is to study the self
Focus on Self Knowing: Training to hone your awareness of practice. Studying to clarify and understand the What, Where, When, Which & How of knowing what you know as you practice.
Year 2: To study the self is to forget the self
Focus on Service through Sharing Knowing: Training to start understanding how to impart what you know.
Year 3+: To forget the self is to be actualized by myriad things
Focus on Leading as Service: Training on how to lead meditation and sangha-sharing of the Dharma.
