Want to learn how to meditate? Or, have you tried at different times but just can’t quite figure how to make it work for you?
*For years now, many who have taken “1.0” have wished the course was longer ---- Now it is!
In this series, the same tried-and-true format from Meditation Training “1.0” is offered: specific and easy-to-follow instructions given in the areas of body, heart/emotions and mind/mental states.
However, since we’ll have six weeks, more subtle, nuanced, and practical aspects and methods of mediation will be shared. With two more weeks, you’ll have the chance to learn and practice more the “depth and breadth” of the craft of meditation.
Each week you’ll also have access to on-line guided meditations, readings, dharma talks, other support materials, and mindfulness exercises to learn how to bring that week’s meditation points into your everyday life, “off-the-cushion”. In this way, you will have support between classes, to follow and do at your own pace.
Give yourself six luxurious weeks to be able to fully establish a sustainable meditation practice you can use all your life.
