Are you at a point in your life where you feel it’s time for a change, but you’re not sure how to proceed?
Change can be hard—especially change we haven’t chosen, such as changing jobs or a relationship loss. Or perhaps you are experiencing a life transition. At times like these, teachings from both Zen Buddhism and the motivational field can help. We will explore how to incorporate both meditative practices and behavior-change skills to find stability and centeredness, evaluate what you are “called” to, discover obstacles, and gain tools to help you set and achieve goals.
*PLEASE NOTE: This is a popular workshop & accommodations are also separate so early registration ensures your participation and best choices for rooms/cabins!
