Description

The destruction of the L.A. wildfires and ongoing climate disasters world-wide, the genocide in Palestine, the war in Ukraine, the U.S. presidential administration demolishing structures that support safety for targeted communities….The list of devastating events will continue to grow and unfold at a pace that feels more than ever difficult to keep up with, grieve for, and show up as fully as we can for. The purpose of a week-long combining community engagement & a 5-days silent retreat is not to turn away from the reality of the world-as-it-is; rather to access the capacity to heal that is inside all of us. When we are able to connect to the hope and vitality in ourselves, we’re move able to bring it into our communities and the world in ways which do not exacerbate and contribute to ongoing personal, inter-personal, or structural harm.

Join Rev. Liên in committing to be a bodhisattva who shows up for the long-game and in all conditions. Take refuge in knowing that you can rest, you can recharge, and you can find ease when you need it. Nourishing ourselves, individually and in community, brings healing to one and all.

Registration is now closed. Join us next year!
