The week will consist of silent seated meditation, walking meditation, instruction, dharma talks, work meditation, and practice discussions with teachers. This is a suitable retreat for both beginners and more experienced practitioners.

Acceptance is determined by a lottery. When you register you will automatically be entered into the lottery. Sign up sooner than later as retreats fill up very fast! You can register after the retreat is full, but you will be put on the waitlist with no guarantees that a space will open up.
