A 7-week practice and study course designed to enrich your meditation, making it easier to bring the fruits of your practice into everyday life.
This follow-up series to Meditation “1.0” will offer an extensive investigation for meditators by incorporating the Four Foundations of Mindfulness. Specifically, we will learn how we have been conditioned to perceive and react, also learning about how to work with the Five Hindrances. With this knowledge, it will be easier to put into practice how to be with and respond to strong emotional and mental states.
